Henge opens the first monobrand store in Beirut with Maison Zen

In the Lebanese capital Beirut, a city with an international and contemporary flavor, Henge opens a space entirely dedicated to the brand. An important project, the result of a deep research, of enhancement that places the “on demand” at the center of the design system. The expert hands of the Henge artisans, under the artistic direction of Massimo Castagna, create furnishings that are irreplaceable manufacturing skills, the result of the Made in Italy tradition and development in unique local contexts as the Veneto area. The setting of the store reflects the contemporary, international and high-level interior projects, in which Henge stands as a valuable partner, proposing furnishings, upholstery, lighting, accessories, up to special products with a high level of customization for the 'home decor, all made strictly by craftsmen, without compromises and far from the serial production. On the ground floor is the dining area with the Stealth table, standing on a structure embellished by manually welded laser-etched metal forming a net-shaped alveolar arrangement with Seqouia Brown top. Around the table, six exemplars of the new Extra Chair in precious red brick color nubuck and two Is-A Chair covered in dark green nubuck. To illuminate the space, the Air Light chandelier in Murano fumè glass with black burnished steel structure. The Palazzi Madia, free-standing cabinet in black eucalyptus wood and burnished brass made with traditional techniques; Loom FR, the freestanding evolution of the successful wall version, Loom: wide full-height opening, hand-burnished brass with smoked glass doors and available in three versions with shelving, with drawer or flap; finally, the Bistrot S, sectional bookcase with joint modules and multifaceted vertical dividers, are the pure expression of the brand's refined style. The understated luxury of Henge is also visible in the Zenith dining round table with burnished brass base and top in black eucalyptus wood presented together with the June Chair in Sense leather, and the composition of Light Ring Polygonal lights in burnished brass. In the living area, the Pulse modular sofa with a deep seat and extra-large armrest is the protagonist, enriched in 2017 with new modules and the new tobacco-colored Sense leather with Simba mélange fabric cushion set. The composition includes the Touch Coffee Tables, available in different shapes and sizes, with hand-burnished brass base and top in solid Oak wood, the Misty Day Bed chaise lounge in soft suede and the Human armchair with anthracite durango back, suede interior and cushions in the new Simba mélange fabric. The D Code coffee table in the new square shape in burnished brass with top in small black burnished brass tiles mosaic and the Be Mine coffee tables with the jagged surface of the glossy top, in contrast with the raw base, and the exclusive Mushroom Coffee Tables, designed from Yabu Pushelberg, in the brass and bronze finishes realized through the artisan technique of the ground sand casting, enrich the space. Henge's many lighting proposals illuminate the living area. The Tape Light, modular LED lighting fixture made of dynamic burnished brass woven bands; the composition Light Ring Horizontal in hand-burnished brass; and the Wall Clips in polished brass and black burnished steel finishes. The H-Silk rugs, entirely made of silk, are available in the new color palette that mix the green color with grey, and the tobacco brown with red brick color. On the mezzanine floor among the new items presented, there is the Human Sofa, with a very slim structure and armrest, made with the new charcoal grey Sense leather, completed with Simba fabric cushions; the Shift Lounge Table, a versatile table with Silver Brown Wave Soft stone top and black burnished steel base and the Frame cabinet with Oak wood structure in the new Drama Brass finish.
